Just explained Pitchfork to my dad
in an email written in a simplistic, user-friendly style (“You can read reviews but you can also listen to tracks and decide what you’d like to buy!”) and furnished with the necessary links to get him started (best-of, best-new, etc.). Just soaking up this generation gap right now.

In case you were wondering.
Yes, it’s true. I do have less to blog about now that I’m back from my four months in Europe. You’ve noticed it, we’ve all noticed it. I’m about 30 posts shy of my 1000th and I have almost nothing to say these days.
This isn’t like me. I hope I can stage some sort of epic comeback, like Jeff Bridges in Crazy Heart . Or maybe even just Gwyneth in Country...
